Christmas Break...Our Family Feast!

Every Christmas, we take one evening during the holiday madness to have a our own Christmas dinner. It always starts by having a "Fancy" dinner (as Ella likes to call it).

The kids couldn't keep their hands out of the appetizers!

The main course this year was Chicken stuffed with Brie and drizzled with Cherry Sauce. It was delish...but most importantly it looked very festive!

Ella wanted to make the night even better so she worked very hard all day to make special presents for everyone to open after dinner. She made heart hands! We traced her hands on red paper and then cut them out and glued them together in the shape of hearts. She then decorated them with pretty Christmas stickers. I was impressed with the idea. Luke loved his! He gave it a big hug and said "Thank you, Sissy!" Ella was beaming! My heart melted!

After dinner, we all played a big game of Hide-n-Go Seek! Daddy, Luke and Ella had a great hiding place!!
