Last Day of School!!

Kids are so excited to be ending another very successful year at Christ the King. It was so good to be back!! Snapped a quick pic of all of them before they went into school this morning (Luke got his summer bur early this year). Next year will be very exciting....Annabeth will be at CTK!!! So proud of you kids for a great year! You all ended with all A's and lots of funny memories with friends! Here's to summer break! May it be long and slow!!

Back to the Pool!

Luke gets his CTK Bible

In third grade at CTK, you get a special Bible that stays with you all through the rest of your years at CTK. I remember Ella doing this and was excited to see Luke doing it. He is such a fun kid!

A stroll to dinner

The church in our neighborhood was having their annual Greek food Festival so we thought we would take a walk to check it out and grab dinner. It was such a great, cool night we were excited for the walk and to have to some family time. We were all hungry....especially Lyle and I. It was cheat day on a dumb low card diet we were doing:)

Annabeth's end of the year school performance

The school year is about to wrap up which means lots of end of the year functions including AB's school performance. With her being the last to have these types of shows, I love them even more, knowing I want get to see these again until grandkids....so weird to think about. We were all excited to watch her sing her little heart out. She has been practicing at home quite a bit.

Happy Mother's Day

The family gave me a very sweet Mother's day this year...although I have to give them a couple small hints this is what I wanted to do:) I have been dying to get back out to our campsite and roast marshmellows so for Mother's day they got me a nice picnic table for the campsite and we spent the whole evening playing games around the campsite. It was great!

 Also took a quick pic with our Eve rose bush. Love all my sweet babies!

Muffins with Mom

Today was muffins with mom day at AB's school. She was so excited to have me there and show me all around her little class room and the wonderful art she had worked so hard on for my Mother's day gift. I love this little girl to pieces!

Luke's first 5K!

Luke was so pumped to run his first 5K this year with me. We did the CTK Rexfest run. He trained for it for several months before the big day. Our whole family with the exception of AB was supposed to run it together but Lyle got called into a case and Ella pulled her hip flexor muscle pretty badly at her track meet so it was just me and Luke, which was kind of nice!
He did really really well, finished in the top 5 in his age group!
