Super heroes to the rescue!

One rare afternoon I got the kids playing super heroes outside together...with out any fighting! I think Ella and Luke were trying to make AB happy and boy was she! She fought the bad guys like a fierce hero!  So cute I had to remember it! Didn't last long:(

Sleeping Beauty

There is one thing we all know about AB in this family and that is she loves to sleep in in the mornings and does not like to wake up early! So, I had to sneak this picture so I wouldn't wake her up from her nap. They are so sweet when they are sleeping! Love you AB!

Happy Valentine's Day!

I have three of the cutes valentines in the whole world! And boy do they love getting sweets in their V-day mailboxes especially the little one, my QT-Pie!

She was very excited about her first school V-day party! We made a special box for all her valentine's and she passed out some to her friends at school. It was a very exciting day!

I grabbed some balloons and a big box of chocolate to suprise them when they got home from school that day. They loved it! The chocolate was gone in about 10 minutes!

Lyle and I celebrated with a bottle of wine at dinner. It was a long week and neither one of us had time to prepare!! That's ok. I still love him!

Super bowl time!

We love the Super Bowl around here and have a party every year. This time we thought we would invite some friends to join us. So Craig and his crew came over and Katie and her crew. It was a great night filled with way too much food and lots of laughing! We of course had to do our tradition of Super Sundaes on Super Bowl Sunday:)

We also did Super Bowl squares this year. It was really fun and something I think we will do every year. Lyle won the half time bowl and Katie won over all at the end. Funniest part of the night though was when Luke was hoping he would win the half time pot. He needed the Patriots to miss the extra point. We all told him he didn't have a shot...I mean who misses the extra point in the SUPERBOWL! Well, lucky Luke...the patriots kicker missed the extra point! Luke jumped up screaming and pounding his chest! So so funny! Just for records, the Eagles beat the Patriots this year.

Ella gets braces!!

We knew this was coming but wanted to wait for the right time which Lyle and I felt was now. So, Ella got braces!! We are using Dr. Vondran who came highly recommended. He said two years to two and a half max and she would be done! We can only hope that is sooner but I doubt it. She was a real trooper about it. It helps that most of her friends have them too. She was excited about the rubber band colors of course. Here is a quick before shot:
