Pucker up!

One afternoon, I just happened to turn around at the exact same time that Ella was secretly slipping my lip gloss back in my purse. She thought she had gotten away with something but clearly it was easy to see she had used it!

Good Friends

Ella and Luke are becoming good friends these days. They are really having fun together. Ella is a great sister and very protective and Luke thinks Ella is the funniest person alive!

Our new house!

On Monday, April 5th, we put in an offer on a house in Little Rock. The next night at around 9pm, it was accepted! Our realtor said, "Well, you just bought yourself a house!" It was so exciting! Our first house!
Here are some pictures. In all the excitement I forgot to take pictures of the inside. Don't worry, I will though!





About four days after the above pictures were taken, we went back to the house for the home inspection and the azaleas were in full bloom. Aren't they beautiful!

Happy Easter!

We were in AR this year to celebrate Easter...it was rather unexpected. We went up to look for houses in Little Rock a couples days before and ended up staying there so we could continue looking for houses the next week.
The kids had lots of fun. We colored eggs and set out our baskets for the Easter Bunny. Ella decided that since we had so many at the table this year, it would be a good idea to label all of them so the Easter Bunny would know who's was who's.

We set out our eggs for EB to hide and after the kids got on their new Easter PJs, they headed to bed so the Easter Bunny could come.





The next morning, Ella literally jumped out of bed saying "I just can't wait!" They got lots of surprises including these bendy bunnies which Luke really loved!







We then went outside to hunt eggs. Luke didn't really catch on but Ella sure knew what to do this year!







Even Grandma and Papa joined the fun!



After a big egg hunt over at Great Grandma and Grandpa's, they took all the grandkids on a gator ride! Just to let you know, they are both in their late 80's!
It was a good Easter!!

Match Day

The day when all medical students find out at exactly the same time where they will be going for residency. It was a pretty crazy day. Below are some pictures.

So, where are we going?? Little Rock, AR...our first choice! We are so happy to be moving to a good place to raise our family and one that will keep us close to both of our families.
