My sister and her daughters came to visit!!!

I can't tell you how excited I was when my sister told me she bought tickets for her and her three girls to fly out to spend their spring break with us! I couldn't wait to get them here!! We had so much planned. They stayed from Wednesday March 16th to Friday March 25th (we got in an extra day because their flight got canceled!) We did so much that it would take too long to tell all everything so I will just hit the highlights:
Pier 39 and Fishermans Wharf, Ferry Building and the Farmers Market, Trolley rides, beach, Golden Gate Bridge, Golden Gate Park, Muir Woods, SF Zoo, CA Academy of Sciences, Chinatown, Marina, Painted Ladies, celebrated AB's 2nd Bday, and let the kids watch the entire Back to the Future series all three of them! It was the best time ever! We did lots of cooking, talking, playing and reminiscing.  I wish they were here right now:( Geez, I love those people!

Annabeth turns 2!!

Some how, some way my baby turned 2. Now she is my little toddler. Oh boy! She hit the twos and didn't stop running! I was so happy when I realized that my sister and her girls would be here to help celebrate AB's big day. Her bday fell on a Saturday so while she was napping, we quickly decorated for a Mickey Mouse party! That girl LOVES Mickey Mouse, or Moosca as she calls it (Moosca is a magic word said at the beginning of the show). She was so excited when she woke up.

After lunch it was time for cake!

On this day we will always remember our sweet Eve who watches over us so closely from above. My dearest friend remembered her with a bouquet of beautiful pink roses. I will always miss her!

Dear Annabeth,
Happy Birthday my sweet Little One! You bring so much joy and excitement to our lives. You have such a spunky and feisty personality. You love to snuggle and you LOVE LOVE LOVE playing with brother and sister. Being with home with you this past year has been such a blessing. You are my best little side kick. I just can't describe how much your daddy and I love you. Keep having fun and keep being curious!

Open House at St. Brendan

The kids' had open house at their school. I was so happy that Lyle got to go because he has never seen the inside of their school or meet their teachers. Luke was so happy to show us around. Unfortunately, Ella was not feeling well so she didn't get to come but we visited her classroom and got to see all the hard work she had done. We love this school so much!

 Should this bother me that he says, "We live to...watch movies on the weekends." That's not all we do Luke!

A visit from a sweet friend

I miss my friends back home so much so I was so excited when my friend Brandy said she was coming out for a couple days! I needed some girl time! We did some touring and then hit up wine country the day before she left. So much fun!
