Wrapping up summer 2011

We tried to squeeze in some extra fun before the summer wrapped up this year and the one thing we had talked about all summer (or Ella had talked about) was going to Magic Springs. It is an amusement park about 30 minutes away and Ella has been talking about going since June 1st. It was the only thing she asked to do so we thought we better go.

It was actually a cool day and the lines were really short for the kid rides so we were excited to get started.

We jumped on the spinning tea cups first and then it started......

Not exactly what Luke was expecting!!

He got used to the rides though and they had lots of fun! The airplanes were Luke's favorite ride.

And this was Ella's...not sure what to call it.

It was a good day...just don't ask Ella about the Runaway Miner roller coaster or the Hot Air Balloons:) Needless to say we were all tired on our way home!
