1st grade is here!

Ella started first grade this morning and boy was it exciting!! She set her alarm for 6:30 am but woke up about 3 times in the middle of the night to ask if it was time yet:)
Here she is all dressed up. Doesn't she look beautiful....and all grown up!

Lyle had to leave early for work so he left these sweet notes on the table for the kids before he left. The kids LOVE when he does that! He also left one for Luke that said, "How are ya Ninjago?" Ninjago is the name of a cartoon the kids love to watch about ninjas. Luke giggled and giggled when sissy read him his note!

Luke doesn't start school until Monday but he was excited just the same! I love that boy's smile!
